If I could give 10 stars, I would. For starters, Politz provided a fantastic price for a new roof; lower than competing offers. Moreover, the work commenced and was completed pretty immediately; the team was very diligent putting on the new roof and even more diligent cleaning up afterwards. I’m pretty particular and want to ensure I get value for what I pay and for sure Politz Roofing delivered. I couldn’t recommend Politz roofing more. Thank you, Robert and Nick!
We bid this project with several local firms and Politz had the best price. The roofing crew tore off the old roof and installed a new roof in just two days. The new gutters took an extra day. the field staff present during the installation were very friendly and helpful. They effectively cleaned up after job and left no messes to deal with. The new roof looks great. We are very satisfied with Politz and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roof repair/replacement contractor.

Both jobs (new roof and new leaf-free gutters) were done quickly, our landscaping and hardscape was tarped, and cleanup was thorough. May 2025, Politz Enterprises of Frederick, MD recently installed a cedar shake roof on my house. The supervisor, Luis, and his team were organized, careful with plantings and thoughtful in updating me before and during the roofing work. Politz has installed several cedar shake roofs in our neighborhood and receives high marks for the quality of his team’s workmanship.
