Disrespectful, Aggressive, and Completely Unprofessional – Do NOT Hire This polite Enterprise.

I am absolutely shocked by the behavior of this construction company while they were working on my next-door neighbor’s roof. They are not only sloppy and careless, but also disrespectful and aggressive.

They dumped large amounts of roofing debris into my clean gutter, which had just been professionally inspected and cleaned the week before. When I politely asked them to clean up their mess, they rudely demanded that I pay them to clean the debris they created!

Things got even worse when they started banging on my door for over an hour, aggressively demanding that I move my car. Their tone was rude, intimidating, and completely out of line.

They also threw debris on my balcony and in front of my door, showing complete disregard for my property. This is not just bad service—this is harassment.

I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to stay away. They are reckless, abusive, and show zero accountability for their actions. You risk damage to your property and harassment at your own doorstep if you hire them. Do not trust this company.

We recently had our shingles and gutters replaced on our house and shed. Politz Enterprises gave us a surprisingly affordable price to do the job. The operation went super smoothly and the staff did a beautiful job. They were available at all times to answer questions and finished the job within a two day work period, shingles on the first day and gutters and downspouts on the second day. I received 4 quotes to replace my roof and gutters. Robert was the most professional of the group. He truly a gentlemen, explaining everything in great detail, outlining all of the requirements for installing a new roof. His price was also very aggressive. Most importantly, there were no pressure tactics and repeated phone calls like other companies. Robert clearly stands by his company's workmanship, and rightly so.

Luis and his crew were here for 2 days. they came on time every day and did impeccable work. When they were finished, so you didn't even know they were here.The team was professional and efficient. On the 3 day the new gutters were installed. Robert checked back at each phase of the process to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I dont usually praise a company or write a review,
However Politz Enterprises did such a great job that I had to share my experience.
My 20 year old roof started leaking and needed replacement. I called 3 companies
Including Politz Enterprises.
I was quoted prices that were exceeedly high with gloom and doom scenarios.
Most of the other companies were trying to upsell other services from additional insulation to gutter guards and estimating that I would need to replace 10-15 sheets of plywood on the roof deck.
When Rob Politz came out for an estimate, he was no nonsensr and gave a great presentation.
He is 3rd generation roofer and did not see major issues the other companies pointed out. He estimated 5 boards would need to be replaced. We were so impressed that we signed with Rob.
This week was the first week since December that the weather was warm enough to do the roof.
The crew that came out (7 guys) were the most efficient and talented crew that I have ever seen.
They worked one day from 7 to 5 and finished
95 percent of the roof.
They returned the next day and finished the remainder.
They were so fastidious about cleaning up after they finished. You woukd never knew I had a roof done.
